The cuisine at Bûcheron Boréal Gastronomie Rustique is inspired by the boreal forest in the heart of the Laurentians. The chef is greatly inspired by the ingredients present in abundance in that forest. The chef bases his cuisine on the quality of local Saint-Laurent products. You are asked to create the visual identity that will be needed for the street truck application.
